Ian de Ridder

Associate Partner

Ian (1990) has been associated with PURIVE since 2013. Ian has a broad and international educational background and his focus is on project management in the supply chain of a company.

His key competencies lie in arranging procurement and sourcing activities under time pressure. Ian’s drive and enthusiasm enable him to create engagement in a project from different teams within an organization. These qualities lead to good results within set deadlines.

Ian mainly developed these competences within Philips. There, since 2013, he led a variety of projects for over 2,5 years. These projects in the areas of sourcing, procurement and production management all had challenging deadlines. In 2016 Ian started an MBA program in Brazil, which he then finished in 2017.

Among others Ian is working on the commercial support of a technology start-up where he prepares sales models, to engage large international clients in the tech sector.

• Tilburg University, International Business Administration, BSc

Ian has lived and worked in Thailand. Moreover, he frequently carried out projects in China. Because of his studies he also lived in Brazil and Spain. Ian is fluent in English and Dutch. He is also competent in Portuguese and has some understanding of Spanish.
